I'm Jordan Achay

For over a decade, I’ve brought precise craft and uncompromising standards to NFL and NCAA football fields across Los Angeles. This includes four seasons as a Field Manager for the Los Angeles Chargers, six years at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and USC and five years at SoFi Stadium. I have also served time with the Pitch Management crew for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the Super Bowl LVI crew.

Somewhere along the way, I realized maintenance and art coexisted. The moment a blank surface becomes something people stop, stare and photograph.

So I started J Sprays. It has evolved brands, teams, facilities, and defined that surfaces are part of the show.

Additionally, I am the social media manager for the Professional Football Field Managers Alliance (PFFMA), an organization of NFL field managers. I have the honor of documenting the work behind sports surfaces to an audience of over 100,000 people.
